New Shopping Assortment Report in Merchant Center
Google recently launched a brand new report for Google Shopping advertisers. The new report will show details of the top 100 products which the advertiser does not currently include in their product feed, according to their popularity on Google Shopping. This report aims to help retailers identify opportunities to add new brands and products to their assortment, by showing them which products are most in demand by customers.
US Desktop Search Engine Rankings Released
comScore released the US Desktop Search Engine rankings for September last week and the results were unsurprising. There was very little change month on month, with Google sites taking 63.9% of searches, up 0.1 percentage points from August. Microsoft sites remained in second place with 20.7%, also a slight increased on last month. While Yahoo dropped by 0.1% points to 12.6%. There were 17.8 billion searches made in the US last month, a 1% increase from the previous month.
