You direct and co-ordinate your project team, ensuring all projects meet their strategic and financial goals
You form strong relationships with your clients to understand and deliver on their strategic growth
Your daily business involves team management, client coordination, and handling customer expectations
You are responsible for the set-up and continuous profitability optimisation of PPC campaigns, using varied bid management strategies
You draw on your professional experience to further improve existing processes and take responsibility for the professional development of your team members
You’ve already gained project expertise, preferably in a multi-location environment, and you bring relevant experience from a similar online marketing position - ideally in a startup with a focus on retail
You have several years of experience in online marketing and have gained extensive knowledge of Google AdWords Ideally, you are experienced in working with Bing, Yandex or Baidu
You have a hands-on mentality, are inspired to drive a growing company’s performance, and you know how to build solid relationships with clients
You bring excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as prior experience with developing client budgets and checking in on KPIs
You enjoy having direct contact with clients and you impress with a clear and appreciative style of communication
You are keen to take responsibility and you have a highly self-motivated and assertive personality
