As a Customer Support Manager, you solve potential issues of our products and maintain tools and scripts that enable our Digital Marketing team to improve the performance of advertising campaigns and better serve our clients.
You troubleshoot and find solutions for the requests of our Digital Marketing team together with your colleagues.
You are a reliable IT interface between our services and our internal departments.
You share and communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical teams in a clear and concise language.
You work closely with other development teams, our Digital Marketing team, and our clients to understand needs and define solutions.
You have at least one year of work experience in a technical support team.
You understand, analyze, and simplify technical problems to make them comprehensible to people with varying technical skills.
You have strong communications skills and you know how to maintain positive relations with those you support.
You understand the value of working methodically and you take responsibility for the results.
You have a desire to truly understand customers’ needs and strive to deliver a solution that meets those needs.
You are an engaged, self-motivated person with an ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team.
