Your responsibilities


Creative Planning: Drawing upon your experience as a planner, you are able to craft new event ideas and strategies while improving upon existing ones

Communications: Working with the Global Director of Marketing, you’re able to support the promotion, growth, and press awareness of our events via effective paid media strategies, email marketing, and other types of outreach

Project Management: You are able to stay on top of multiple projects concurrently, and are able to maintain a complex calendar, effectively anticipate requirements, and plan resources as needed. You will also need to maintain an accurate marketing budget

Partnerships: You’re able to easily maintain external relationships with event sponsors, vendors, and event venue managers. You’re also able to negotiate with speaker bureaus, external PR teams, and other strategic partners on speaker submissions and sponsor contributions

Content: Collaborate with the Content Marketing Team presentation content, supporting material, abstracts, and speaker notes. You’ll also support the drafting of submissions for various external events, awards, and speaking opportunities for the senior leadership team

Measurement: You’ll create a system for tracking the impact of these events on our sales pipeline and larger industry awareness

Your profile


You are a passionate event manager who already gained experience in a similar role

You bring a track record in organizing big events such as conferences or trade shows as well as more personal events like client dinners

You gained first experience in dealing with exhibitors/attendees, managing contractors, media, sponsors etc.

You have pronounced organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-driven approach

You are enthusiastic about making our events the best they can be
