Senior Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

  • You will set up the structures, processes, and routines needed to sell to several hundred brands
  • You will build, manage, lead and train a growing sales team that will be in charge of a portfolio of advertiser relationships to grow revenue by selling retailers' solutions and hit targets
  • You will partner with a broad range of internal teams (marketing, account management, tech solutions, creative, and traffic) to support the sales efforts and deliver against set KPIs
  • You own the Senior relationships across existing and prospective clients, driving regular client meetings at different levels in the advertiser's organization
  • You'll help guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories demonstrating the retailer's value and Crealytics to marketers, brands, and agencies
  • You will work strategically to meet and exceed customer and organizational goals

Your profile

  • You bring 5 years digital media experience, 2+ years in retail media
  • Familiarity with online performance advertising, ad tech, and/or e-commerce
  • You have a proven track record in driving a retailer's monetization business
  • Ideally experience in digital media sales, Display, search, and eCommerce
  • You are a strong presenter and communicator
  • You have strong negotiation and influencing skills, and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
