Head of Strategic Marketing

About this position

    The Head of Strategic Marketing is responsible for driving customer awareness, engagement, and advocacy of Crealytics’ suite of products and services. You will have expertise across a number of B2B marketing disciplines and lead the strategy and execution for how best to leverage these channels to help drive business growth. You’ll be coordinating internal marketing efforts across our client portfolio and being proactive to client and agency stakeholders. The RVP, Strategic Accounts will be accountable for communicating and promoting the latest initiatives of Crealytics as well as developing the brand vision and positioning for clients, prospects and Crealytees.

  • Demonstrated ability to measure marketing effectiveness and employ data-driven decision-making used to drive everything you do, from digital to events to content.
  • Customer focus: someone who connects regularly with Sales and customers directly to understand their needs and challenges, spends time keeping up to date on industry news and trends, and ties the customer and customer experience back to everything we do
  • Ability to build trust and collaboration across many functions at all levels of the organization
  • Simplifies the complex—whether it’s getting to the root cause of an issue, breaking down a complex topic into something easy to understand, or working to optimize inefficiencies in the team or process
  • Creative thinker—willing to experiment, encourages ideation and trying new things

Your profile

  • 5-10 years of experience as a respected leader in building and executing full-funnel marketing strategies for B2B companies
  • A strong working knowledge of marketing technology platforms as well as use of data for experience activation, insights, and optimization
  • Experience with building and deploying multi-touch dynamic customer nurture programs via marketing automation platforms (Drip, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot preferred) and customer contact platforms (Salesloft).
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable strategies for new and existing initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong executive presence; Comfortable speaking and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence
  • Marketing agency experience highly preferred
