Sales Development Representative – Management Consulting (m/f/d)

About this position

  • Our Partnerships and Business Development team works closely with leading Private Equity funds and global Management Consulting firms:
  • We support Consumer-focused Private Equity funds with a pre-deal performance advertising due diligence and ongoing value creation services in their eCommerce portfolio companies
  • We partner with Management Consulting firms in jointly solving the most complex marketing transformation challenges for large retailers and brands

Your responsibilities

  • You immerse yourself into the Management Consulting sectors, following key trends and self-educating as much as possible
  • You use a combination of automation and your own skills, you evaluate prospective Management Consulting accounts to understand their operating model and decision-making processes
  • You engage with senior stakeholders at Management Consulting firms with a consultative sales approach through email and phone
  • You develop and execute on a strong prospecting methodology, including audience segmentation and personalized messaging
  • You consistently achieve your personal bookings and revenue targets and contribute to overall revenue growth at Crealytics
  • You further map out important key accounts and senior decision makers to derive the most effective account expansion strategy
  • You track all prospecting and lead management activity using sales automation tools like Salesloft, Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You use social selling skills to connect with our prospective customers via traditional social media as well as advanced content syndication strategies
  • You bring a data-centric approach to business development, owning ‘clean’ sales data to drive insights

Your profile

  • You combine a strong interest in the Management Consulting industries with a passion for digital growth and eCommerce
  • You bring first experience in B2B sales or business development- prior experience in Advertising Sales or Management Consulting is a plus
  • You have an ability to execute the core fundamentals of sales and audience development, including social selling and email marketing
  • You are experienced in using creative tactics to reach executive management decision makers
  • You have a basic understanding of online marketing practices, particularly in search and/or biddable media
  • You are knowledgeable in your space by staying on top of current news, industry events, and new technologies
  • You are able to work independently to identify new areas of opportunity and process improvement
  • You bring strong organizational skills with attention to detail and are able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and on multiple projects at once
  • You are a team player with solid communication and presentation skills in fluent English, German is a plus
  • You are experienced with sales automation tools like Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as Salesforce.com and/or other sales CRM tools
