//About this position

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving customer awareness, engagement, and advocacy of Crealytics’ suite of products and services. You will have expertise crafting B2B marketing stories across a variety of channels and be an expert in using both visual and editorial storytelling help drive business growth. You’ll partner across the marketing team to help develop content strategy and own the content execution plan for our ABM-driven marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who has a robust understanding of the digital advertising marketplace. You understand the strategic and operational natures of performance advertising, retail media, analytics, and ecommerce marketing.

// What We’re Looking For

  • An exceptional English-writer writer, communicator, and editor. You love making complex, thorny subjects into something accessible.

  • You can work from wherever you like, but you should overlap with Eastern time zones for at least 3 hours per day. (Ideal locations: NYC, London, Berlin)

  • You’re someone who understands a broad range of B2B marketing executions (website, email, social, marketing automation), plus events, brand, and creative —and knows how to connect these strategies and channels to create a holistic content strategy.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines for yourself and your team, with a strong history of getting things done.

  • An ability to measure content marketing effectiveness and employ data-driven decision-making to drive everything you do.

  • Customer focus: someone who connects regularly with Sales and customers directly to understand their needs and challenges, keeps up to date on industry news and trends, and ties the customer and customer experience back to everything we do.

  • Ability to build trust and collaboration at all levels of the organization.

  • You’re a creative thinker—willing to experiment, encourages ideation and trying new things.

// Your skills

  • 5-10 years of experience building and executing full-funnel content marketing strategies for B2B companies.

  • Manage content production for a variety of content formats: case studies, whitepapers, websites, infographics, video, interactive content experiences, and more.

  • A strong working knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, with a specific knowledge of performance advertising, retail media, and/or analytics.

  • Manage internal and external editorial resources to plan, develop, and deliver content.

  • Track and report content performance metrics and use that data in content-planning cycles.

  • Experience commonly used via marketing automation platforms (Drip, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or MailChimp preferred) and website platforms (WordPress).

  • Detail-oriented, deep thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize data.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Comfortable speaking and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.

  • Marketing agency experience highly preferred.
