Senior Graphic Designer - Paid Social (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • You design compelling, visually strong creative content for paid social ads for our retail focused clients that distinctly speaks to the audience of each paid social platform
  • You create visually strong, engaging graphic imagery for Social Media ads, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat might also become part of your tasks
  • You create mockups and content for internal and external presentations
  • You maintain brand consistency across all our materials and are meticulous in keeping to brand guidelines
  • You bring a thorough understanding of social platforms and specs and keep up with evolving imagery trends

Your profile

  • You have relevant studies and/or sufficient experience in graphic design, and have previous experience working in a fast-paced agency environment as a graphic designer for at least 4-5 years
  • You have experience working with multiple brands/accounts simultaneously, following brand books and guidelines, assuring a unique visual identity for each brand
  • You are the go-to person for advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and can deliver high quality designs/animations in agile times, while also teaching Jr. team members how to follow your processes
  • You have advanced motion graphics skills, and can perform simple animations in a fast and aesthetically pleasing manner following current social media trends
  • You are on top of content/design related trends and always have suggestions on how to make more attractive designs, while being familiar with current social media formats and best practices for multiple channels
  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean, elegant, and beautiful designs
  • You have a creative mindset and strong communication skills to present confidently in front of our stakeholders
  • You are able to work independently and efficiently, and to project manage your own time without need for close oversight
  • You have a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details and can ensure that branding standards are consistent
  • Desirable: You have previous work experience with fashion retail / ecommerce brands.
