Performance Marketing Manager

Performance Marketing Manager - SEA (m/f/d)

We generated over €3 billion in revenue annually for clients such as Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and s.Oliver. We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, New York, and Mumbai.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for end-to-end campaign management of lower funnel performance marketing of our clients, primarily managing performance marketing strategies for Retail businesses, managing budgets and executing Paid Media campaigns to meet their ROI targets.
  • You set up and execute customer acquisition, retention, engagement and retargeting online campaigns across channels: Google & Microsoft ads, Display, Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • You optimize campaigns to maximize ROI through of A/B tests, data analysis, identifying trends and insights.
  • You counsel our clients’ PPC Managers on how to grow strongly in their Paid Media channels.
  • Together with our Director Search Marketing you define campaign strategies and deliver plans that exceed our client’s ROI.
  • You maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital strategies.
  • You identify growth niches within the assigned projects and markets to ensure that performance goals are met.
  • You work with our specialized semantic software and actively contribute to its development by providing regular feedback.

Your profile

  • You have 2+ years of experience in online marketing and have gained extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience with Display, Programmatic, Youtube as well as Paid Social channels is a welcomed plus.
  • You have solid Excel skills, an analytical mindset paired with an affinity for numbers and innovative technologies.
  • You enjoy having direct contact with clients and you impress with a clear and appreciative style of communication.
  • You are keen to take responsibility and you have a highly self-motivated and assertive personality.
