Senior Digital Marketing Manager

To strengthen our international team in Mumbai, we are offering a position as

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We enable leading international eCommerce companies to drive performance globally in more than 20 languages. We generated over €3 billion in revenue annually for clients such as Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and s.Oliver. We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, New York and Mumbai.

Your responsibilities

  • You direct and co-ordinate your project team, ensuring all projects meet their strategic and financial goals
  • You have an excellent understanding of a digital marketing ecosystem
  • You form strong relationships with your clients to understand and deliver on their strategic growth
  • Your day-to-day tasks involve team management, client coordination, meeting customer expectations and annual revenue targets
  • You are responsible for the set-up, continuous profitability and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
  • You oversee and/or prepare accurate reports and showcase the results in convincing presentations
  • You draw on your professional experience to further improve existing processes and take responsibility for the professional development of your team members
  • You maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Customer Solutions, and other key internal stakeholders to improve user experience and interactions

Your profile

  • You’ve already gained project expertise, preferably in a multi-location environment, and you bring relevant experience from a similar online marketing position - ideally with a startup/ad agency with a focus on retail
  • You’ve successfully completed your Master’s degree or further education in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • You have at least five years of experience in online marketing and have gained extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing Ideally, you are experienced in working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yandex or Baidu
  • You are a detail-oriented professional who is inspired to drive a growing company’s performance, and you know how to build solid relationships with clients
  • You bring excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as prior experience with developing client budgets and checking in on KPIs
  • You enjoy having direct contact with clients and you impress with a clear and appreciative style of communication
  • You are keen to take responsibility and you have a highly self-motivated and assertive personality
