Senior Account Manager

Senior Account Manager (m/f/d)

Senior Account Managers are involved in each step of sales planning, launch, execution & post-sales from campaign launch to billing. Senior Account Managers are leading contributors and will be key liaisons when working with internal and external partners to flawlessly set up & execute campaigns for Advertisers/Agencies and drive revenue. The right individuals anticipate business challenges and provides proactive solutions with their remarkable organizational skills, strong time management abilities, process-minded thinking, thoroughness, attention to detail and accountability to deliver. Your team will include thoughtful, problem-solving individuals who are passionate about growing the Crealytics Retail Media business.

// Your responsibilities

  • You deliver the highest level of Account Management and customer service to our clients.
  • You retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers, and develop future campaign strategy recommendations, leveraging data from previous or adjacent campaigns.
  • You educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results. You lead presentations during client meetings and account reviews.
  • You serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for client/advertiser/agency relationships.
  • You identify and generate client outreach for incremental, upsell and renewal opportunities Independently manage complex and large-volume client lists.
  • You act as a resource and expert, always willing to help train, share knowledge, answer questions, and take on strategic projects outside of day-to-day responsibilities.
  • You proactively mentor and coach other team members with a passion for peer growth and development to enrich the overall Account Management team
  • You input Media Plans and generate Insertion Orders; you work directly with client on all pre-launch elements related to creative specifications and submission.
  • You work cross-functionally to set up & monitor campaigns across for success.
  • You are the frontline on all booked campaigns to monitor delivery; escalate issues when applicable.
  • You provide necessary campaign deliverables including but not limited to reporting, screenshots, and ad-hoc requests.

// Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience with Digital Media/Marketing, Account Management, Media Planning, Data Analysis and Visualization.
  • You have demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • You adept at solving problems that span business and technology.
  • You influence process improvement that scales broadly.
  • You have strong numerical analysis skills, including basic data visualization abilities.
  • You have strong written, listening, and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
  • You have a deep understanding of media landscape, services, and technologies.
  • You have knowledge of pre-sale process and creation of media plans.
  • You are extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks and campaigns in a timely manner.
  • You are Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
