Job Post See other positions Retail Media New York / remote Apply Account Manager To strengthen our international team in New York, we are offering a position as Account Manager (m/f/d) We are looking for a results-oriented Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers, consulting, and helping to solve ambiguous business problems, mitigating risks before they become roadblocks. As an Account Manager, you manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. You will not only dive deep into data to understand trends, but also communicate the “why” behind results and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. The Account Manager’s strategic digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers. // Your responsibilities You retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers. You develop campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations. You evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data. You perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy. You educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results. You proactively own and manage a portfolio of accounts and become their trusted advisor. You prossess a comprehensive understanding of Crealytics Retail Media solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI. You proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.). You understand client needs and look for opportunities to develop creative solutions. You stay informed and update sales team on industry marketplace and the competitive landscape. You ensure that customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments. You lead communication for all internal requests, client requests and RFPs. You partner with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Client Partnerships & Client Strategy team to stay informed on category information. You synergistically work alongside all internal teams (Sales, Planning, Marketing, Ops, etc.). You collaborate with Planning post-sale to ensure all clients are provided industry leading service. // Your profile You have 1-3 years of experience in Account Management experience in the field of Digital Marketing. You have strong customer-facing and presentation skills. You have superb written and verbal communication skills. You have a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy. You have experience with account relationship building and customer satisfaction. You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You work very independently, but also fit into a dedicated team environment. You are able to travel as necessary. You are able to effectively analyze data. You have excellent interpersonal and client relation skills.
