Campaign Manager

To strengthen our international New York team, we are offering a position as

Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

The position of Campaign Manager is the main driver for managing digital assets and campaign execution for all campaigns throughout their lifetime. Primary day to day focus will be acquiring all digital assets, analyzing all campaign placements, ensuring campaigns are executed as expected, and reviewing all reporting to ensure every aspect of the campaign is delivering as expected. The Campaign Manager is also responsible for any troubleshooting and additional adh-hoc reporting requests. We are looking for a detail oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with exceptional customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team. Characteristics of potential candidates, and their expected responsibilities, are as follows:

// Your responsibilities

  • You interface with internal teams and external clients to obtain and manage digital assets throughout the pre- and post-launch process.
  • You lead weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives.
  • You troubleshoot campaign delivery issues.
  • You review and analyze campaign health reports to provide feedback to AEs and provide optimization recommendations.
  • You have strong numerical analysis skills, including basic data visualization abilities.
  • You plan strategically through an understanding of internal and external client business goals.
  • You continuously provide excellent customer service for both internal and external clients.
  • You develop strong communication and time management skills to ensure we are effectively managing requests and deadlines both internal and external.

// Your profile

  • You have excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills.
  • You have prior experience trafficking in an ad server (Google Ad Manager/DFP, Freewheel).
  • You have familiarity with a project management ticketing system (JIRA, ClickUp).
  • You have an analytical mindset with comfort around numbers, calculations, and forecasting.
  • You are familiar with the jargon of digital media (impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.) and online measurement (uniques, pageviews, visits, etc.).
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • You are keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • You have strong verbal/written communication skills and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • You are detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You preferably have previous campaign management.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Ad Operations team.
  • You preferably have an good understanding of marketing KPI's.
