We generated over €3 billion in revenue annually for clients such as Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and s.Oliver. We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, New York, and Mumbai.

Your Responsibilities

  • Together with our Paid Social Team you plan, develop and implement comprehensive Paid Social strategies for our existing client portfolio, diversifying objectives across the marketing funnel: from brand awareness to consideration and performance.
  • You have a good understanding of a digital marketing ecosystem
  • You are able to conduct competitive research and account audits to determine a suitable strategy and identify optimizations for existing clients and prospects and present these in client and pitch meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • You manage social media campaigns focused on but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest and generate learnings by designing testing strategies to optimize audiences, bid strategies, and creatives.
  • You work closely with our Creative team to advance creative asset recommendations and testing. You translate client needs and direction to the Creative Team and work toward prompt delivery of assets.
  • You refine internal knowledge and establish world class practices for various social media channels across countries to meet and exceed our clients’ performance expectations.
  • You contribute to further growth of our Paid Social team in terms of expertise and personnel, as well as foster growth of junior team members.
  • You influence the success of our Paid Social offering by staying on top of current digital marketing trends and closely collaborating with other performance marketers in the team.
  • You maintain strong partnerships with Product and Tech teams to develop our specialized semantic software

Your profile

  • You hold a Masters degree in Marketing, Business or in a related field

  • You have a strong affinity for technologies, e-commerce, and numbers

  • You have at least 3+ years of hands on work experience in Paid Social, especially on Facebook and Instagram, ideally from an agency. Experience in Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat or Twitter is a big plus
  • You’re highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable with performance tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Oracle, etc. Experience in creative production automation tools or creative design tools is a strong plus.
  • You have a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with in-depth understanding of relevant KPIs in social media and cross-channel attribution models.
  • You have experience and confidence in communicating performance to key stakeholders and building strong relationships.
  • You have excellent project management skills, are able to coordinate and assign tasks to team members, coach them and foster their growth.
  • You are a self-starter who likes to take responsibility with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • You are reliable, conscientious, and detail oriented.
  • You have experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is a big plus
  • You are fluent in English; other languages is big plus
