Online Marketing Manager – Display & Video (m/f/d)

€3 billion in revenue annually for clients such as Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and s.Oliver. We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, New York and Mumbai.

// Your responsibilities

  • You plan, develop, and optimize large-scale media campaigns for one of our big international clients, ensuring KPIs are met
  • You measure and report performance of campaigns, gain insights and present your findings in convincing presentations
  • You are responsible for the setup, development and implementation of display, video and programmatic media plans and managing new and campaigns
  • You are responsible for acting as a channel expert in updating clients on campaign performance through regular reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • You stay on top of best practices and industry standards, ensuring campaign execution is best in class
  • You work closely with paid search and social colleagues to deliver a unified approach to client communication and campaign execution

// Your profile

  • You’ve gained first-hand experience in Online Marketing where you cultivated a strong operational knowledge on different platforms such as Google ads, DV 360, Facebook Ads manager.
  • You have 2-4 years of work experience in planning and executing large-scale paid media display and video campaigns across multiple markets
  • You’ve successfully completed your master’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • You are willing to work as per USA, UK and other European time zones
  • Experience with DSP’s (such as Google Ads, DV360, Trade desk, Amazon Ads, etc.) and CM is an advantage
  • Experience using and managing 3rd Party Technology such as Data Viewability and Brand Safety Partners
  • Strong understanding of optimization levers and testing approaches for Display and Video campaigns
  • You speak English fluently
  • You are an analytical problem-solver, detail-oriented and a self-starter who craves responsibility
  • Ideally, experience generating brand awareness via top funnel media campaigns focus on reach, measured by down funnel impact on sales
