Senior Digital Lead (m/f/d)

We support our clients from our international offices — in Berlin, London, and New York.

The Partnerships & Business Development team at Crealytics partners with international management consulting firms on e-commerce acceleration projects and helps leading private equity funds drive value creation in their e-commerce portfolio companies with customer-centric, profitability-focused performance marketing.

Our flagship product is the Performance Marketing Due Diligence, a service that determines the true profitability and uplift potential in the clients’ performance marketing. We are looking for a Senior Digital Lead to take over responsibility for the iCLV workstream of our Due Diligence projects. This workstream includes analysis on current performance marketing profitability, profit uplift potential via data activation (integration of margins, returns, new customer values, predictive CLV and incrementality-led attribution) and the calculation of budget scenarios (e.g. how can the client optimally allocate budget across paid media channels to drive sustainable, profitable growth).

// Your responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility to deliver the iCLV workstream of the Performance Marketing Due Diligence service, working closely with our other Senior Digital Lead and our Business Intelligence team
  • You will perform analysis on performance marketing profitability and profit uplift potential via first-party data activation
  • You will interpret the data and derive powerful insights on how the client can improve the ROI of their performance marketing
  • You will build slides with a compelling storyline and present results to senior-level management consultants, private equity professionals and C-level management teams
  • You’ll continue to develop our Due Diligence offering by incorporating learnings from past projects
  • You will foster an agile and lean work environment by supporting incremental value delivery and high-quality standards

// Your profile

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, finance or equivalent field
  • Several years of experience in analyzing digital media performance, generating insights and presenting recommendations to senior-level audiences. Experience in the areas of prediction and forecasting would be a plus
  • In-depth understanding of the paid media landscape including related KPIs along the consumer funnel
  • Experience with measurement approaches to track incrementality (i.e. Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Multi-Cell and Incrementality Studies) would be a plus
  • Experience with Google, DV360, or Social (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tik Tok) measurement capabilities
  • Leadership experience either through managing teams or supporting junior analysts
  • You have worked with self-organizing teams and have a good understanding of agile working methodologies
  • You are used to making architectural decisions and at the same time strong in motivating your team members through a hands-on mentality
  • You are a confident presenter and understand how to articulate ideas in front of senior-level decision makers
  • You are an expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (experience working with ThinkCell is a plus)
  • Management Consulting background would be a plus but is not a requirement
