Head of Marketing

To strengthen our international team in Berlin, we are offering a position as

Head of Marketing (m/f/d)

Retailers face unique challenges — and we support them with technology-led solutions. Crealytics is a fast-growing technology company with 10 years of experience in product advertising and paid search marketing. We enable leading international eCommerce companies to drive performance globally in more than 20 languages. We generated over €3 billion in revenue annually for clients such as Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and s.Oliver. We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, Mumbai, and New York.

// Your responsibilities

  • You define our marketing strategy and our product positioning – taking the right actions and delivering measurable results is part of your daily business
  • You own and define end-to-end marketing, brand and communications strategy, from lead generation to brand, social, web, content marketing and PR
  • You develop product marketing materials, including business presentations, data sheets, white papers, demos and videos
  • You partner with sales to provide exceptional sales tools that clearly articulate our value propositions
  • You manage a small team and several agencies
  • You are “lead doer” – this will involve management, but you must also be the most active and hands-on individual on the team
  • You manage relationships and commitments to the broader management team
  • You perform and supervise analyses to report on progress and optimise results

// Your profile

  • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • As a strategic thinker you challenge and refine the positioning of our products (SaaS and tech-enabled services)
  • You have extensive experience in marketing to large enterprises (B2largeB, annual deal value above €1M) and understand the challenges of how to support complex and long sales cycles
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the performance advertising/ad tech industry, in particular for e-commerce retailers
  • You are experienced in the following areas: content marketing and content distribution through LinkedIn and owned media, paid marketing and lead generation on LinkedIn, and PR
  • You have experience in leading teams of 5-10 people
  • You speak English fluently on a professional business level. German language skills are an additional plus
