Junior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

We generated over €3 billion in revenue annually for clients such as Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and s.Oliver. We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, and New York.

// Your responsibilities

  • You contribute to many different HR projects from employer branding and labor law to onboarding- and offboarding processes with a focus on recruiting
  • You handle the whole recruiting process including first-round video calls and organizing department interviews using internal tools
  • You help to identify and contact the best candidates through various online channels to successfully fill our open vacancies
  • You help in identifying and executing recruitment needs of our US entity
  • You support our HR team in Berlin for various activities
  • You help in executing our recruitment efforts in job fairs, universities and other events
  • You support us with the implementation and coordination of our personnel development plans

// Your profile

  • You have completed your bachelor’s in psychology, Human Resources or another relevant field of study and are very interested in being a part of the dynamic HR start-up scene
  • You have one year of work experience through internships, part-time or full-time work
  • You are passionate about Recruiting and HR topics
  • You are communicative, skilled in building strong work relationships throughout the company, and you enjoy teamwork
  • You can prioritize your responsibilities and thus show your initiative in learning new skills
  • You are a team player and bring a hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
  • You are able to express your convincing ideas in fluent English

  • The pay range for this position is between $53,500 - $63,500 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.  We offer an annual bonus plan (15 % average annual payout) on top of the base salary as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered
