Lead Account Manager

Lead Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a results-oriented Lead Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers, consulting, and helping to solve ambiguous business problems, mitigating risks before they become roadblocks. As a Lead Account Manager, you manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. You will not only dive deep into data to understand trends, but also communicate the “why” behind results and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. The Account Manager’s strategic digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

// Your responsibilities

  • You manage a team of account managers responsible for managing and delivering ~$100MM in advertising revenue
  • You provide exceptional service to top accounts and lead by example
  • You drive efficiency in Crealytic’s processes and apply it to scale to greater Account Management organization
  • You own the daily functional management, triaging and conflict resolution of issues for your account management team.
  • You’re responsible for partnering with respective Sales and Client Services Teams to create cohesive working cadence.
  • You attend client calls, as needed, to provide leadership coverage
  • You partner with the Head of Sales and Operations on ongoing training and learning development for the account management team ranging from industry to soft skills.
  • You coach and mentor Account Managers on performance goals and ongoing career growth & development.

// Your profile

  • You have 5+ year's experience managing clients and relationships
  • You have 1-3+ years of management, mentorship, and/or lead responsibilities.
  • You have 3+ years of digital media experience
  • You have a strong understanding of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
  • You have experience with account relationship building and customer satisfaction.
  • You demonstrates strong leadership with the ability to build, train, coach and develop a high performing team.
  • You have the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • You have the ability to react in a fast paced competitive environment
