Markus has several years of experience as a BCG project manager and a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship.

Mark Schwartz
Chief Revenue Officer

In addition to heading up our New York office, Mark is responsible for managing all Global Sales and Marketing activities.

Johannes Tarnow
Head Of Business Intelligence

Johannes leads our data analytics and strategic teams. He advises some of the world’s largest retailers on their product advertising strategy.

Luana Quaresima
Head Of Digital Marketing – Europe
Luana has over 9 years of digital marketing expertise in multiple channels. She oversees all activities of the digital marketing department in Europe out of the Berlin office.
Natalie Bojanowski
Head Of Human Resources
Natalie heads up our HR division. She oversees all of Creaytics’ recruitment efforts, benefits and corporate culture.

Joachim Ball
Head Of Finance
Joachim is a CPA with experience across several industries in the US and Europe. He leads the Finance team and oversees all legal matters for Crealytics worldwide.
Fredrik gevert

In addition to founding two SaaS startups, Fredrik has held several executive roles globally. He oversees all of Crealytics’ tech- and product-oriented strategy.

VP Retail Media
Andy is from upstate NY and has worked in advertising his entire career. Andy loves the creativity and relationship building that are central to the ad industry.
Jordan Sabella
Head of Digital Marketing – North America
Jordan has 11+ years of experience in digital marketing across search and social. He leads all digital marketing activities in the North American region based out of New York.
Enno Krey
VP Partnerships and Business Development
Enno leads our Partnerships and Business Development team. He works with leading Private Equity funds and Management Consulting firms globally.
Daniel Kaiser
Head of IT
Daniel leads the IT department. He oversees the business IT strategy and is responsible for the management and execution of IT infrastructure for Crealytics worldwide.
Interim Head of Human Resources
Karen has several years’ expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, HR innovation & change topics. She heads our HR division on an interim basis and currently pursues an Executive MBA.


Crealytics is proud to be a climate neutral company since 2019. Working with ClimatePartner we have assessed our carbon emissions and have made a commitment to offset them through verified carbon reduction projects. In our third year since tracking, we were able to reduce our Corporate Carbon Footprint by almost 60%.
